After you place your order it takes 4-5 business days to ship. Ready to ship items ship in 1 business day. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order before reaching out. Always order in advance, I recommend you to not schedule any hair appts until you have received your hair.

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email you provided during checkout. There will be a link in the email that will direct you to USPS website to track your order.

NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY. Exchanges are only accepted within the 5 days after your order was delivered. If you try to request an exchange after those 5 days it will not be accepted. Due to the quality of our products we rarely get unsatisfied customers. Nevertheless, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been OPENED, WORN, or TAMPERED with. (This included combed, brushed out, or tousled with.) Please contact us to request a EXCHANGE.

Yes our hair can be bleached and dyed. It is best to keep bleached or colored hair conditioned and moisturized so it will not become dry. We recommend you allow a professional to dye/bleach your hair extensions and stay away from cheap products to keep from damaging the hair.

Raw Hair: We carry 100% unprocessed raw hair, it can last anywhere from 3-4 years with proper care and maintenance. Treat the hair as if it was your own. Virgin Hair: We carry 100% unprocessed virgin hair that has not been chemically treated so it can last anywhere from 2-3 years with proper care and maintenance. Check out our Hair Care 101 page.

It all depends on the look you want to achieve. For a full install with 12"-16" 2-3 bundles, 18"-22" 3 bundles, 24" or longer 4 bundles of hair for a fuller look.
